My Pain My Addiction

Welcome to a revelation of priceless new knowledge
This website is designed to shed a huge amount of light on the traumatic beginnings of alot of us and the way in which this can effect the more sensitive individuals and cause them to become addicted to drug misuse.
It is about using this knowledge to understand our backgrounds
empower ourselves and live a long and drug free life.
Best Wishes

What Effective things can we do to support our precious loved ones?
What Effective things can we do to support our precious loved ones?
Brainstorm, Map and Incident Recal your Family dynamics deeply with them.
(see first, second and third entries in the previous chapter)
Always show them love and support.
Go with them to the Rehab Centre and visit and keep in touch while they are there.
Always tell them you love them and to love themselves.
Hug and kiss them like it’s going out of Fashion.
Get them to open up in detail about how they feel about their past and how they want their future to be.
Develop a regular time table of Social stuff to do to stop them feeling disconnected and isolated.
Listen patiently to how they feel and watch their body language too.
If they don’t open up use your intuition to tell them what you think is going on and how you think they are feeling. Most likely you will be right.
Keep an eye on them, notice any patterns in their substance abuse and talk to them frankly about it.
Regular Bible study is very important too as God Cares deeply about all of us.
