One last time could be your last time.

Oh I know I have to stop, I will in a few months time.

I’ll just give it one last go and that’s me done with cocaine, heroin alcohol etc.

The trouble is one last time could very well be your last time.

You could die of a deliberate or accidental overdose, or totally accidentally taking a mixture of drugs, alcohol, or tablets thinking I’ll be O.K.

But tragically you may not be and then it’s too late.

Don’t postpone the decision to stop. Do it now.

It is very, very difficult to must up the strength as the craving will overtake you and a relapse is usually due to stress which will overwhelm you but please, please, please try to STOP!!

Get professional help, brainstorm and map your family past, watch the relevant

You tube videos, whatever it takes.

Reach out to the people you really love you and will show support without being judgemental.

Please do not put your loved ones in a position where they will have to be making those phone calls to all your friends and family members organising your funeral, which songs to chose, what to bury you in, the Funeral programme, the type of coffin, the photographs, the church the Funeral directors etc etc.

Please make your addiction a thing of your past and not a permanent STOP to your future.
